Ugh, I know this is really girly and lame, but I went on a date which seemed to go pretty well, but he said he would call me and he didn’t!

I did a Celtic Cross reading (I know there are different ways of doing it, but this is how my mom taught me).

1. Present: Empress
2. Challenge: 4 of Wands
3. Foundation: 9 of Swords
4. Past: Emperor
5. Near Future: 5 of Pentacles
6. Best that can be achieved: Page of Pentacles
7. Inner feelings: Page of Cups
8. External influences: 10 of Cups
9. Fear: 5 of Swords
10. Outcome: Knight of Swords

I thought this appeared fairly encouraging … but I might be biased!

Can anyone more experienced with tarot cards offer their own insights? And most importantly, what advice or guidance is it giving me?

I’ve always been curious about it, but i hear things about it being evil and having negative effects. I was raised a Christian, and as much as i like to believe there is something out there, not really God, but something out there, everytime i want to get my cards read, my religion kicks in. Any info on the myths of tarot reading. I’ve had some problems lately and thin that maybe this will give me some guidance on what to do.

I figured to get a reading for curiousity and hopefully for some reliable guidance. But I’m not sure which reading to go for? Tarot reading or palmistry, etc. Any suggestions??
